Dolphin listened to everything that Aquaman had to say. She had been in love with her best friend ever since she first laid eyes on him. And all those times that she's helped him and been there for him, only made him love her all the more. She swam around in her dolphin form for a little while longer, still thinking about everything that he had said. She knew he was as scared as she was of starting something and it not working out. They would lose the friendship they had taken years to build. But then again, what good was life without risk. And who knows, if they didn't give it a try, then they might be missing out on something wonderful. So, after swimming around a few minutes longer, Dolphin excitedly did a backflip in the water before heading towards the beach.

Once Dolphin reached the beach, Dolphin transformed into her human form. She stood for just a few minutes getting her land legs as she looked over at Arthur and smiled. She was, of course, naked, but it was only them on the beach at the moment so that didn't really matter. Once she was standing in front of him, looking at him deep in the eyes as he looked at her deep in the eye. Neither one of them was speaking now, they just listened to sea, gently making waves and crashing into themselves, while the seagulls flew up above them. The sun was just getting ready to set as the day was ending. Dolphin reached out and softly touched Arthur's face softly. Then she did something that was totally unexpected. Dolphin walked up to Arthur and tilted her head and softly kissed him passionately.
